^ Why doesn't the green smilie work when he's alone?

:D :D :D

He does when there's writing near him or he's with some friends. But not alone. The other smilies do! So why is he being bullied and no one else? Poor little guy. Maybe he just feels lonely and wants some company.

I KNOW WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because the site is making a big D a little d so it doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think....

So it's supposed to be

: then D

but it comes out as

: then d

so it doesn't work! This site does that sometimes - makes a big letter a little letter.

Is that the answer?! Is that the answer?! Is that the answer?! :D :D :D :D :D :D

But then why is this happening now? It worked fine a few days ago...

The coding for the big smile smilie may need to be changed from a big D to a little d to get it to work. All the other smilies don't have capital letters in their codes so they work.

I think the :D doesn't like to be first in a post. The : makes everything small letters, not caps when it is first. I'll look into it more-I have an idea...

okay-I know why now and it's working properly atm, but I'm not sure I want to keep it fixed!

There's a function activated that prevents you from 'shouting'-in other words posting in only capital letters. The :D smilie when used as the only thing in a post looks like 'shouting' to the computer, so it changes it to a small d and then it's no longer the smilie :D

Let me look it over, but what I will probably do it change it so that both : d and : D will be recognised as the big grin.

Okay, I've changed it so : d and : D are both recognised as
Let me know if this has messed anything else up, but I think it should be fine :D
