Hi everyone.
I'm new on here. I'm 42 married with 3 kids. I also have my own business. Didnt think I had SA and still not sure either.
I can do most things in life without problem. But making friends and talking to people is my main issue.
Even though I have a great relationship with my wife and kids I still feel lonely as I dont have a life outside of my home and business. Just looking to see if I can find something that will give me the confidence to go out and speak to people and make friends.

welcome az1, my family is definitely a comfort zone, trying to socialise with anyone outside that can feel impossible. I understand it can still be lonely.
