Hello
Hi, I joined this site a few weeks ago and thought it was about time I took the next step by making my first post.
I have spent a fair bit of time reading and relating to a lot of the posts on here. I was very shy as a child and was often patronised, even as a young adult, that it was something I would grow out of. I've always known it was something more severe than just shyness and am at a point in my life where I need to make some positive changes. Hopefully I can engage and connect with some of the people on here - I definitely need to interact with people more. Apologies in advance if I take a while to respond to any replies, mainly due to my SA its something I'm really bad at.
