Wondering why i'm feeling so low, lacking in energy and why my sex drive has totally diminished. I've been feeling sad recently too, which is out of character. Thinking how little i see of my Mum and how i miss seeing my parents together.

Not to belittle it but it ll adds up to depression, I dont have fix other than making sure I am able to avoid letting people down which just makes it worse, and trying not to be too melancholic. Bad advice but when I feel it coming on I go into damage limitation and just wait it out.

NOT advised of course.

Do you ave any meds ? Sounds like a small serotonin boost would at least help.

I've had nothing but bad experience with medication, so i'm absolutely free of any kind or type and have been for years (bar steroid for hayfever). I strongly dislike being medicated. You say depression but i've been depressed for years. What i'm talking about is something that's clearly noticeable, something fundamentally different in myself.

I'm gonna wait it out and see what happens. Research/google about. I can still function in the mean time so it's not drastic.

Well being aware of changes is a huge benefit. Sorry I cant be more help.

I am against any long term medication to level people out but stuff to help short term when needed I am open to. Not currently using though.Perhaps I should !!

No worries, Trumpster

Perhaps i may need medication - i'm not against it's use, but i personally don't like being medicated. It works for some Currently having a looksie at the endocrine system and all these glandy things we have that may or may not be doing their job... i just want to blame something really.

There is no age limit for thatcher blaming. A thatcher is a international unit of blame

Ughhh ... piss off-fffffffff.

Dad's got the gf over and she's such a loud ****. The way the house is planned (the layout) does my nut in. During the winter all's good cos they both stick to the front room, but now the warmer weathers in, Dad's out in the garden for as long as the sun shines (and i mean 'as long as the sun shines'). I'm in the back room adjoining the garden and the windows are open (the double-doors too). They're sitting as close to me as is possible whilst still being in the garden.

I knew this was coming. I may have to relocate to the front room - do a swap with Dad - i can't stand her yapping away. I'm sat here, totally passive, feeling 'unable'. Ugh. Need to sort my life out

She's not my cup-of-tea and we barely talk to each other anyway.

I'm not sure whether he's serious or not cos we don't talk much. I'll - as you said - have to put up with it. I'm waiting on Mum to move out of the flat (my previous home). She's looking for a new place, but being a bit picky, wanting a bloody balcony

^ Thanks for that 'silver lining'. She's quite a big girl, actually, so - she's tall - i'm not keen on them.

I'll try to keep the name-calling down to a minimal: the '****' word isn't a '****', btw (just FYI).

Hold up a moment - you don't even know how tall she is, nor what i'd class as being tall for a girl!!

What's this about 'genetic lottery'?? Tosh! Also, 5'8-9" isn't tall, it's within the normal range. On the same issue, i'm not keen on small.

Who says anything above 5'6" is tall??

I'm not beginning talking about men cos we've got enough to deal with here ... deary me! Who's to say my ideal partner isn't of average height but also an OAP, amputee, serial killer - huh?? Shallow my arse.

You're of average height range to me .... to me, okay? Sod what the average actually is, i'm coming from my own perspective.

Stop talking about her bosom too, they're bloody massive, i'll have nightmares

Ok, i can deal with that, because i think i've appeased you and i'm also willing to accept - for the sake of appeasement - that you're right, kinda.

I'll amend this sentence: "I'm not sure what we can learn from that but 5ft7 and above is taller for a woman."

Right, that's you done with .. who's up next?

To drink or not to drink.
Or, just drink a bit.

Some of the people i deliver to.. i wish i hadn't given them my number :/ People gotta realise that if i/we fart about with each parcel - trying to be perfect - then this job wouldn't exist, because the company would go bust, because a majority of couriers would walk, because the money/time value would be too small a return.

And i'm one of the better couriers!

I like the image of the scuttling back into the darkness.

We have various bar graph performance, statical chart things which you can access online. I can tell i'm good because i've been on the receiving end of many a parcel exchange, so i can compare myself to others. I know i'm good because i do care (most of the time). I know i'm good because i've asked the other couriers (at the depot) about their own experiences and what they do in certain situations

I also know my round really well now (after a years service) and know where most people prefer things, if left in a 'safe place'. I've also ironed out a lot of things that would be seen to be amateurish. I'm still learning bits too ... so i'm seeking to improve where i can, which is a sign of goodness

I'm gonna pick some booze up a bit later. Gotta drop me Dad and his ladyfriend off at a restaurant soon .. then i'll have some me-time and get a bit drunk.

Ugh, i cannot wait to get out of here, in every sense.

The two of them have come back and i can hear them talking, putting the world to rights. Wankers. It's such an ugly struggle, isn't it. So, so much delusion, so much wankerdom.

There, there, let it all out.

No good keeping it to yourself, even if nobody replies. I don't expect replies but it's good to let off a bit of steam, as and when. As for the cliques, don't you prefer to be without?? I know i do. Freelancing all the way

PM me if you like, i wanna know who this person is

Good skillz, CG. Not sure what posts you're talking of, but i'm sure they can't of been that bad.

I've always fancied France (not particularly Paris) and have wanted to 'tour' it and Spain, sleeping in the car, doing it on a shoestring. I've no passport atm though :/ .. and have no intention of changing that :/

That man (in the gif) ... mesmerising O___o

Melancholic and down, thinking about what I had and how capable I was 10 years ago, or even 5. Nice thoughts, just not what I have now. I am exhausted but now I have to stay up to do some server work at 1am.

You are spoilt for choice almost everywhere in Spain. Family member has lots of friends there and I was sent a picture of an orange tree
Do it spud! Throw off your muddy roots and zoom away. Remember me living in a cave as you blow your chips
Do you mean a tree that oranges grow on or a tree that is coloured orange (this is a bit four candles, fork 'andles isn't it)

^ Yea, that's got me a bit miffed too...

^^ "Orange tree"??
Well, it's a nice thought (especially the 'blowing chips' part), but i gotta sort myself out before embarking on a tour.

I'm thinking that i need to get myself registered for the local doctors surgery and book an appointment cos i'm gradually getting worse and i can't summon the strength to tackle it myself. Thing is, the last time i attempted this sort of thing was hugely disappointing and got me nowhere - she didn't even make time to read the notes i had prepared, and just shooed me away with a form to fill out for me to return in a weeks time. Of course, i didn't bother.

Guess there's no harm in giving it another try being as it's at a different place, another doctor to evaluate my situation. I can't carry on like this, so it's worth a shot.

Let's see how long it takes me to arrange

^ No motion on that plan yet .. as with most my ideas, i suspect nothing'll come of it *long sigh*

I need an intervention of some sort, someone to take action for me. It's so obvious i'm not 'right' - well, it is to me. I'd like to think i could spot somebody who was having a tough time and help out in some capacity... dunno, maybe those closest to me think i'm happy the way things are. I'm 'out' about my anxieties though, so is it not too much to ask that someone takes an interest with regards to my wellbeing?
