Goals !

Hi there all
just a thought.... after a few months of doing nothing ( getting over a job chucking setback) i got a phone call last week from my friendly job centre mentor.She said that they are starting a motivation course called GOALS, its for people who are on incapacity benefit and are looking to gain confidence and self belief !!
Well my first day was today and after being very anxious before i really enjoyed myself and thats from someone who last a day in their last job so i was well chuffed.
Its a 3 day course and it was so uplifting to see people who maybe they didnt have SA but were similiar in other ways.
I feel i have taken a small step forward in my life and am not expecting miracles but i feel good 2nite!!
