I'm not particularly scared of them but yeah, even if I was I probably wouldn't feel comfortable enough to show it. Scared of being scared hehe. I got the haircut in the end.

Enjoy shepherds pie and nostalgia

Literally? reading what you are all doing on here lmao

But also, I'm watching Mad Men - I've always been envious of how self assured and confident the lead Don Draper is .

However, it doesn't make him happy... I always think curing my SA will be the answer to my depression but perhaps it isnt...

maybe im reading too much into a fictional character :-|

Just had a walk with partner and dog in these amazing woods, very photographic. Crunchy leaves on the ground, cold air, and you could hear a pin drop

Looking at holiday cottages in the lake district for a week in May. Absolutely ridiculous. Nothing under £400.
I mean may isn't even the busy summer period. So flipping expensive.

Housework and trying to watch friends over the music of my neighbour.

Although for once i'm kind of pleased he's blaring it - it gives more weight to my complaint tomorrow (I hope).

What happened last time you complained? Can you not also report him somewhere more official, it must be classed as antisocial behaviour or something.

He went mental and it stopped for a fortnight. He then started again with an hour or so here and there. It slowly crept back and increased tho.

The council in theory but they just direct you to your landlord or a mediation service.

They really need a more effective way of dealing with indiscriminate abuse like this, such as an unmarked police car turns up, measures the volume, if found to be loud all music equipment is removed permanently on the spot and a fine is levied. As with most poor behaviour if the negative is larger than the positive most people won't do it, as it affects them.
