Default Which do you suffer from - Multiple choice (i will get this right)

I have all to varying degrees and have always assumed they come hand in hand having been this way for almost 40yrs now. But i noticed from posts/threads on here that that can not be the case as some people have no problems with photo's of themselves or seem to lack confidence. So i thought i would run a poll to see what we suffer from (at last got it right, god am i having a bad day ) Please only vote if you are over 30, i have posted the poll in the lounge for under 30's as a lot has changed about how we look at mental illness since my childhood i just wanted to see if there would be much difference in how we vote.

Shyness is the cold to SAD's flu

Shyness (also called diffidence) is the feeling of apprehension, lack of comfort, or awkwardness especially when a person is in proximity to other people. This commonly occurs in new situations or with unfamiliar people. Shyness can be a characteristic of people who have low self-esteem. Stronger forms of shyness are usually referred to as social anxiety or social phobia
