An advice section

Just an idea- advice section? Like issues sort of non-sa.

We already have The Study, which is one of the things its there for.

I been using that section wrong then but it says this on the description:
"A place to share your hobbies, interests, skills and talents"

I reckon skills and talents could be of any topic. Feel free to request advice in the Study and see how it goes. If it doesn't work we can easily enough move it later.
