Good luck Spud, you can do it. That guy is an idiot and shouldn't be treating people he works with like that.

It's probably better to speak in person, only because sending a letter or email adds the extra anxiety of waiting for a response. Also tone is tricky to get right in written form, and reading a response can be tricky too. Whereas speaking in person, or even on the phone gets an instant response. Then you can ask if they need it in writing.

Maybe if they ring to check on you, you could bring it up then if it's challenging to initiate the call.
there's no rush - wait until you feel ready.

I'm sitting in the cat, waiting for it to stop raining.

I'm too delicate for September.

Its a difficult situation for you, Spud. Hopefully management will have a word with this guy. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this!

Thanks, guys. Yeah, it's tricky. I'm feeling so low mood right now and have very little focus. I was asked to email the most recent incident so that it can be addressed in a 1-1 with him and covering management tomorrow, which will most likely be my brother. I've spoken to him/bro before long ago about an incident with someone else and he's very non-biased/get the facts, so should be fine. I don't think he's going to take it well and it will probably just drive things 'underground' where he'll ramp up the bitching to his nearest and dearest and take any opportunity he can when no one's around. This is the mentality. He doesn't let things go. He also likes a drama, lol. It's so bizarre because i've been so decent with him the entire time, letting things slide over and over - i've forgotten so much of the bs, but he still holds something against me for some reason. Maybe we'll finally get to the bottom of that. Maybe he secretly fancies me and he resents that side of himself. Who knows. This is a bloke that recently chose to go and see Mika in concert

Clearing out the gap down the side of our house. Found a frog down there plus so many broken plant pots, bricks tiles, old bird table etc.

^^I evicted one yesterday who'd decided to make my upturned builders bucket his new home.

Loads of snails round there too enough to feed half of France.

Binge watching the 1st series of Prisoner Cell Block H on Ch5. Could not find anything I fancied watching anywhere. Either there was nothing, or I wasn't in the mood, or I did fancy it but it would need my attention and i'm doing other stuff.
I still love me a bit of Cell Block H . Laugh all you like!

We’re in the same boat Biscuits. Except I’m not so tired so I’m going to get it now as I’m out tomorrow.

I was booking a day off work in Nov. I think i've just about made my mind up to spend a weekend up in Northamptonshire, where I grew up. Just looking at places on the bloody map has me slightly emotional for complicated reasons.

I've been going to do it for the last few years but never did. I can get a train from a station near Crawley direct to St Pancras which connects me to the East Midlands lines/ trains without having to cross London from Victoria on the Tube which is great. I still have a fear of travelling around /across London .
