I have a small dodo-pad organiser that I use for appointments & definite plans, but I don't usually take it out with me so then I'll either put stuff in my mobile phone or write it in a small notebook I keep in my bag. Also most of the social stuff I do is organised online so I can always just check my email/facebook/meetup.
I've only just started getting out really so I do find it difficult to keep on top of things, but I'm not working so my days are probably way less busy than most people's

I use the calender section of my mobile a lot. Always write things down on a normal calender. And set alarms on my phone for specific things.

I use the calendar on my mobile
I write things on bits of paper
Then try and get organised enough to chuck out those bits of paper when i'm done with them! Vicious circle.

Also, i tell myself things...like out loud (away from other people of course!) like for instance: "must paint nails...paint nails" and then i remember to. Sometimes.

Oh dear, I use all the methods bar the Blackberry (urgh!)

When I was less busy, when I had no social life and no job, everything was in my head or written on pieces of scrap paper. But now my life is hectic - I use a small diary day-to-day for big events, then random post-it notes shoved into the back of this diary, plus several scrap bits of paper with notes scribbled on, plus I write on my hand for super important things to remember, and I set alarms on my mobile annnnnd at work I use Outlook to schedule my day, remind me of meetings etc.

Unfortunately I am too busy to look at my diary these days. I will resort to writing everything on my shoes instead.

I use a lot of sticky notes, which I tend to either lose, unwittingly manage to attach to my back or most usually get repositioned so I can't find them by my daughter often to later be found in between a bucket and spade and underneath a dinosaur or something. I also rely on our wall calendar a lot, which I also forget to look at a lot. I'm pretty hopeless really but also amazingly quite organised

This reminds me I bought my yearly rat calendar for 2009 off Ebay in January, and still haven't been to fetch it from the mail depot. Oops.

I scribble things on a calendar when I remember or just keep the appointment cards in my bags. I have diaries but never use them I still miss or confuse appointments.

I use my memory.
I have a really good memory for certain things, and everyone knows so I can never use that as an excuse:rolleyes: But having said that I don't know either of my own mobile numbers or my daughters for that matter only my sisters for some reason so I use my teflon for those things

I write everything down in a diary, make a list for week by week things that need to be done and a separate list for long term goals.

Small book diary, which I don't read afterwards!

Ordinary phone for numbers and calendar dates, which is broken and needs replacing!

Mac-based software, e.g. calendar/reminders, which I ignore sometimes!

Post-it notes, which I stick around my computer!

Any old bit of paper, which I end up misplacing!

So really, as much as I try to keep organised, I'm not really that organised. (Apart from the Post-it notes - couldn't miss those really!!)
