Hi !!!
Hi,
I just found a link to this site and have been on here looking through the forums... you all seem so friendly! I haven't been diagnosed with SA but I am sure I have it. I have always been very shy since i was little. I come accross as quite outspoken sometimes but it is just that there are some situations that i feel confident in. I hate meeting people. I feel awkward thinking of things to talk about, even with some close friends. I hate having to ask for things... like in a shop or resturant and i am terrible on the telephone. I stress myself out for ages. I am also rubbish at saying no to people who are trying to sell me things. I left a job recently and i was so embarressed about telling the boss i wanted to leave i didnt turn up and just wrote a letter so i wouldnt have to speak to anyone!!! how bad is that... and now i have to worry about bumping into any of the people in the street. I am always really worried about what other people think and this puts me off doing so many things i would enjoy. Anyway, thanks for listening, does it sound like i have SA?
