Hello everyone,

I'm new to forums in general and quite frankly this is terrifying, forgive me if I do something wrong.

I have social anxiety, quite severe I would say. Turns out it includes posting online.. Which I didn't really realise until I tried doing this.

I guess I'm doing this to prove to myself I can and also because it would be nice to feel a part of something, if that makes sense?

I love live music, mostly rock and metal, animals and nature. I'm female, no spring chicken but young at heart.

It really doesn't seem to get better. In fact from my experience I think I'm actually much worse than I used to be.
I am taking action though.. Onwards and upwards!
