shagged just been for a 12 mile cycle ride and got a bit soggy, all my fitness from the summer seems to have escaped me i thought my lungs were going to explode going up one hill.

When I first started going out on my mountain bike just on casual rides (only maybe 2 months ago) I was feked. You know when the cold air/wind catches your breath/lungs..and it actually starts hurting..that was me lol. Also, my thighs/arse were really tight the next day. I still feel that now..though the more I go out..the more it fades away.

I have ok stamina though..even when it starts getting tough I can keep going..albeit probably looking like death to the onlooker

Same here, have seen my family 3 days in a row now and seeing them again today. I just want to rest =( pretty fed up with it all.

Very low, want to hide away - which is just as well as I don't have anything to do or anyone to do it with. Feeling the worst I've felt in a very long time.

I've succumb to the man flu...musta had about 1 hours sleep last nite

could not get to sleep at all last nite...hate when i feel like this... least the ashes was on radio five last nite was listening to that all nite... hope i can get back to normal...i hate being ill when i'm off work...

Very flat. Have had to start back at work today, and I can barely force a smile or chat to the others. I've just said I don't feel well and think I have a bug.

I also started back at work today although it was only for a few hours so it wasn't too bad. Only had about 3 hours sleep and i felt awful this morning but im home now with a brew and a Terry's chocolate orange so things are looking up.

Yeh, had a crappy sleep too. Although, we've decided that since it's so dead in here that we'll close early and shut up shop.
