I barely laugh out loud at tv shows but I started watching its always sunny and one the scenes cracked me up too much.

Almost binned off Bates Motel after episode 2 but glad I went back to it, beautifully filmed, washed-out colours, plenty of rain, an aesthetic blend of contemporary and 1950s styling and featuring Brooklyn Beckham’s g/f, what more could you possibly want?.......?

^ She is incredible. I want her and David to adopt me. I love them equally.

Someone should make an Only Connect thread in the games room.

Just finished Years & Years - that was a bit crazy! Loved It’s a Sin so much so wanted more Russell T Davies. Also finally started Call My Agent and loving Taskmaster.

I'm a tad late to the party on this.

Prison Break.

Am halfway through season 2. Great watch.
I remember there being a ton of hoo-ha about it when it was on TV. Channel 5 I think?
TBag & Haywire are superbly acted.

I'm thinking Season 2 will be the peak and the decline will begin with 3. A la Breaking Bad.

But I hope I'm wrong.

I’ve been watching The Falcon and The Winter Soldier every Friday. So far it’s been boring. There’s been a few moments, mainly the exchanges between the 2 leads, which have been entertaining. But mainly meh. Yesterday’s episode got interesting though so I’m hopeful it will get better.

^ aw that is a shame, especially after how wow, amazing WandaVision is. For some reason, I keep forgetting to start watching The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. I was hoping it would be good because Daniel Brühl is such a fantastic actor.

I really want them to make some TV series about the bad guys/gals. Gotta love a back story.

Sometimes watching things for nostalgia's sake can be a good pick me up.

Rewatching Scrubs for nostalgia purposes. Still haven't found another sitcom that could mix humour and poignancy the way it does.

The new series of The Great British Sewing Bee starts on Wednesday

I didn't really enjoy the last one as much as I have previously, so I hope it's better. The Christmas ones were good.

It’s a great sitcom. Although for some reason I can’t get past season 3. Something changes, and I don’t find it as funny. Not sure why.
But definitely get your point about the mixture of humour and poignancy. That’s my favourite type of comedy.

It’s obviously completely different to Scrubs, and quite dated now, but I find One Foot in the Grave good for that kind of thing to. It has made me cry-laugh, but it has great moments of poignancy, as well as dark humour.

Finally watching Tiger Kind. It's so good! Can't wait to watch the Louis Theroux catch up when I'm done.

Exotic animal owners take the craziness of British dog owners to the next level!

Late to the party with Mr Robotty (Malek, Slater et al cracking code with their arse cheeks). 6 episodes in, not a bad watch.
