Accidentally bought a thong. Never saw them from behind, assumed they would just be like briefs, they are pretty comfortable though and what's good enough for Peter Stringfellow is good enough for me.

Also bought 10kg of muesli and 2.5kg of ground flax seed.

Another cat "grooming arch". Only one of my cats uses it, but she goes through like two a year I should just buy them in bulk really.

I bought a new charging cable as my current one had become very very slow at charging, only managing to add around 20% of charge over night and also wasn't working as a data cable. This new one has charged 5% in around 5 minutes, so looking good.

Thanks

My pulse could be better (though i can get it down to lower 60s) but the other two readings are fine. I just did this mornings readings and all's well again.

Bloody hell, that reminds me of last year when my dad took a funny turn, ended up with an ambulance here saying his BP was 200ish

That ended up with me reading and learning what the numbers meant, what they should be for x age and basically babying him demanding he took daily records.

To this day I actually think the only reason it hit 200 was because he was struggling with the heat, got himself worked up and got himself doubly worked up when there was an ambulance with the sirens screaming hurtling down our street

Them results look pretty good in my now expert opinion

I also know it got me checking my own..my bp is pretty good but my heart rate isnt great, It's a bit too low but I'm sort of just ignoring it and hope I don't drop ded any time soon

Yeah, i can't imagine all that going on helped with his BP! Funnily enough my dad used it earlier and his 1st reading was pretty bloody awful, his 2nd much closer to his expectation - he's already on meds for BP so he's quite mindful about not overdoing things... and underdoing things - he's fairly active.

What's a 'good' pulse then? Because mine is usually over 100

Around 65 ish is 'good'. Over 100 is 'poor'.

Is it consistently around that mark?

^ I don't know. I don't often check it to be honest. When I go to the GP it always is but that could be due to anxiety? No one has ever commented on it. I doubt it's ever been below 80, I just always assumed I had a fast pulse

Oh yes, I love French Fancies. I sometimes have a packet of them on my desk at work and people always comment and smile when they see them.

I recently spotted these in the supermarket and couldn't resist:
