Tbh, this place is sending my anxiety through the roof atm. Sitting on the verge of panic all day and having constant intrusive thoughts about what I could have done, said, thought wrong. Just don't know how to make it stop, the anxiety is getting better in a lot of other areas, so suspect the only answer is to leave, but that's a whole other s*** show of uncertainty. I had a thought earlier that it seems rather odd that everybody I've ever met at work is terribly lazy, arrogant, self-absorbed, incompetent, dishonest and a bit back-stabby, I thought that maybe I'm the problem in some way but then I realised I'm just far too nice and awesome for it to be me () and they really all have been quite awful.

I still think of myself as an incredibly odd person. I do no harm though; I have potential.

I have a lot of ideas but don't know what I should focus on.

I haven't posted here in ages. There's new buttons above the text entry box and I find them very offputting. i know they're just the old buttons with new graphics but nothing ever changes on SAUK so even a tiny change is kinda huge.

I don't know what to post anyway. I'm stuck inside a very, very boring depression and it's not worth talking about. I can't even post in 'how is everyone feeling' because I feel nothing. I'm just here to make sure Clementine has a birthday topic.

I hate how I can't sit down and do anything without almost immediately thinking 'But what about all these other things I'm not doing?' So I want to stop doing the thing I sat down to do and move onto some other thing I feel I should be doing, but as soon as I start doing that I think 'I should have chosen something else, this isn't actually very important.' And it never ends. Unless I decide to do nothing and just sleep, which involves doing less than what I started doing, but doesn't bother my brain as much.

It just occurred to me that I didn't hear anything from my mum or anyone on her side of the family yesterday. They'll not have forgotten because it's my sister's birthday today.
Not that I'm after anything, it's just clearly a snub and it hurts because I've never actually done anything wrong.
Ah well, screw them I guess.
