I'm terrible at making people feel better, like I'm so insecure that I make everything worse, and I have no ability to be positive, especially giving out advice that I don't take myself! Then I start to think I'm making it all about me and that makes me hate myself even more. I'm so ****ed up. This is why I have no friends. :/

You're not alone hun I'm the same. I never give people advice because it will surely make things worse to do something that I think they should do. I also hate myself when I do give input because I do always make everything about me. Like I'm doing right now.

I'm also thinking about how much I'm going to enjoy this poo I haven't been able to have all day. I'm going to take a book in with me.

It took me about 3-4 months to lose a stone and a half..and that was with the added help of being convinced I was dying which kills the appetite

It certainly isnt going to take 3-4 months to put it back on (not that I'm trying...but god forbid I've had the odd flapjack or 2 in the last month) seems to be considerably easier to put it back on. I hate being in my 30's..my metabolism was amazeballs till I was 26-27
