Hello 🙂
Hello all, I used this forum briefly many years ago and found it very supportive when I was in a bad place. I'm a female in my 30s from East Anglia.
My life is very different now, I have tried to overcome SA at work by facing my fears which I've think I've done well but I've never mastered 'friendly' social. I find it impossible to make friends and terrifying. Outside of work I just hang out with my animals and my partner. Hoping to chat to other people here who understand a bit and try and improve those dodgy social skills of mine! |

Re: Hello 🙂
I always thought East Angular was more renowned for its six-fingered residents than SAers! Who’d have thunk it?
