Hi
Hi there
 My name is Kelly, I'm in my forties and I've had various anxiety issues since childhood, with social anxiety being the biggest. I'm able to work despite my issues but It's not been easy. I'm hoping to share experiences of anxiety with people who know what's it like, especially because it's a topic I still can't talk about with my immediate family and I have no close friends.

I'm sure I will find the site very helpful. being reminded that I'm not the only person in the world attempting to conquer anxiety issues.
I've been listening to the news quite a bit recently but sometimes it's best to take a break from things going on in the world and concentrate on your own mental health
