Smile Hello!
Hi everyone

I am 22 years old and from london. I have been suffering from social anxiety nearly all my life and have always felt very inhibited. I have taken the initial steps in overcoming my anxiety and hope to build my self confidence. It's very reassuring and comforting to know that there are so many others out there like myself.
