Okay, so i've been a long time lurker. Think I first came across this site back in 2003 or 2004, when I worked out that what I have is social anxiety.
I'm 28 male, had difficulty with social situations most of my life, but it probably at 12-14 when it became bad.
Since finishing college, I haven't been doing much, worked fulltime for about a year but had to leave because of stress, haven't any close friends. Don't go out much.
Made a certain amount of progress coping with it but still holds me back.
Thought it was time I posted and said hi, always found it useful reading the forums here and helped me with feeling like I am not totally on my own with SA.
