Hi dudies! I have just joined your forum. I did not know if should i do it, becouse my level of English is not good at all...but please, understand me-i will try the best. I live in NE London (2 years in UK),am 25 years old,come from Poland.Everything is soo difficult for me;for very long time I have been suffering for anxiety, deperession and SAD of course but before my visit to London, I did no that it will be so difficult. Becouse of my problems with contact with others i am not able to work;everyday is terrible fighting!I would like to meet some friends, to go out; to the pub,concert, theatre...anywhere, just to be with sb..but people do not like me and I am scared to ask sb face-to-face becoue I am so scaried to be rejected.I know I am very complication person,yesturday I went to doctor first time, It will be long way...... but i want to be happy, i want survive, I want TO BE!
If sb like me feels very anxiety, lonely,doe not have friends, but like me-would love going out,bicucle,music,film or just walking, please: write sth to me.
