A brief introduction
Hi everyone, my name is Jane, and I am from Berkshire.
I am very happy to have found this site as I am hoping that it will give me a real insight into how others are coping with SA. I have been plagued with this for longer than I care to remember and have never attempted to seek help for it. Choosing in some ways I guess, to just live with it. Sadly I find that the older I get the worse it becomes. You like to think that being older and wiser would ease the problem, but that does not seem the case.
