Yep. And I get stuck in the analysis 'loop' which means I often end up doing nothing.

I think recently I have got worse at over analysing things, however I never seem to analyse the negative things, I just accept them.
The positive things I pull to pieces and question incessantly.

Somebody says I'm a piece of shit - I accept it, somebody says I'm a good person - I question why, what are they after, etc.

A very special person actually stayed up until 3 this morning with me trying to convince me that I am worthy of some happiness and pleasure in life, he is of course correct, we are all entitled to be happy but for some of us we never stop looking for the sting in the tail.

Regular problem with me. Rather than just do something I end up analysing it to death and thinking of the worst possible outcome. I've ended up missing a lot of good opportunities to better my life as a result and not realised it until too late.
