^ I've been using ACV for when i do my own stock and also garlic remedy thing (which i haven't done for ages). Supposed to be a super duper food. I've not heard of gummies but i suppose it's a good form for it as a dose to take in a single hit.
I've just created a beef (shin) stew for the slow cooker. I've got mushrooms and leeks in addition to the usual onion and carrots. I usually have spuds as well but there's already enough going on with the rest of it! |
