Default Sad |Lamps

Im considering buying a sad lamp. I have mixed feelings about it.

Just come back from holiday to a cold winter. Feel low with the prospect of 3 winter months ahead.

Does anyone have one? What is your experience?

I bought one before, it didn't seem to do much for me, but I don't really have extended periods of free time to sit in front of a lamp.

You can always sell it if it doesn't work, so might as well give it a whirl.

I tried a sad lamp about 15 years ago as I thought it might help me at the time. It didn't do anything for me, I tried it for the whole winter. But I found out subsequently that sad isn't part of my depression.

Ive bought a fairly cheap but well recommended pne.

I'm willing to give it a go. This year I want to try and take control of my low feelings during the winter months. Don't want to feel its all too much for me.

Will obviously report back and let you know.
