Although I keep telling myself age shouldn’t be an issue, it’s really bugging me about my age, especially since my birthday a few weeks ago. I’m late 20s, which is of course still young, of course it is. But I feel I’m still mentally about 10 years behind. I feel I’m making things more difficult for myself by not doing things, achieving things or dealing with things that I should have by now.
Of course if the weather hadn’t turned back to winter, I’d be on a nice walk not overthinking all these things...

A belated happy birthday..and a belated thanks
 Well thats my week off over. I never know what I expect. I have all these plans of doing at least one thing different..just anything but wasting it. I'm a bit miffed because I've once again wasted it and binged on the PS5 and Youtube, I've not even stepped foot outside besides walking the dog, theres only so far I can blame a pandemic (not that you would notice, it was crazy out there on Friday) Ho Hum, I've got today and tomorrow at least but back to being mentally ruined by about Tuesday morning. I don't get why people want routine, its all too groundhog day for my liking. Work/eat/sleep..2 days of slightly longer eat/sleep....and repeat. I'm suppose to do this for another 30+ years?

Been in an odd kind of mood last week or so. Not exactly depressed or sad. Alexithymia makes it hard to describe. Nearest I can get is a feeling of impending doom.

Feeling like I probably am an alien from another planet sent here on a mission, who has just forgotten about it. Hopefully I will eventually be taken back to my home planet soon, and life will make some sort of sense.

I’m feeling pretty good. I woke today without pain in my back for the first time in months. Then I took a shower which was needed because I just didn’t get dressed yesterday at all, I stayed in the same pjs I slept in and then slept in them again. Spent this morning reorganising some of my pins on Pinterest which helped my thoughts slow down. So a really good balance of feeling pain-free, clean, and calm.

It’s okay to have no friends.
Whilst I’m a loner and even sometimes question if the one friendship I have is as close as I imagined it to be sometimes, I realised that I have always been afraid to just open up fully. I think I’ve always felt something was maybe off about me and I have to hide that. I know if I opened up though it may not be as bad as I imagine. https://youtu.be/pOAU1TL64J4
