(bearing in mind that i'm 6'6")

I've managed to get up to 13 stone/82.5kg/182lbs in the past month or so due to eating more, before that i was 12 stone/76kg/168lbs. At my lowest though (a few years ago), when i was feeling ill every day and barely eating, i was 10 stone/63kg/140lbs. I'm still underweight, but nowhere near as bad as i used to be, and my body looks much better for it.

I think that covers all bases

60kg. Always 60kg, has been for years. The needle never moves no matter what I eat or how little I exercise. Although I suppose I have fairly healthy diet anyway but I just eat away and my sister looks on in disgust, she seems to expand if she even looks at a cake. But then she's well adjusted, has loads of friends and a social life! I console myself with an effortless second slice of cake.

I used to be off the bottom of the BMI chart years ago at school though. Strange charts.

I'm 6"1' and about 70-75kg, it varies quite a lot over the week. I thinks that's the ideal weight for someone my size I used to weight over 100kg a few years ago, that really wasn't healthy

Problem is you can only shrink fat cells you cannot get rid of them. once you get more fat cells from over eating they are permanent.

i used to think that but all the people like that that i knew ending up eating liking pigs and once they hit their 30s they quickly became obese. i dont think its age related, i suspect that basically as you abuse your body your body loses its ability to cope.


i do agree though that there are people who seem to be prone to retaining weight more than others from the get go.

Decided to just eat what I want and get a bit pissed once a week on a saturday instead every fecking day.

11-12 stone is what I'm aiming for.
