Today I have had some toast and a Portuguese pastry from M&S. And a cheese and humous sandwich.
It seems like I can eat most things now.
But my appetite seems to have mostly vanished.

I've been eating too many black grapes, blueberries and cherries. Once I start on a punnet there's no stopping me. I'm not supposed to eat as much sugar.

Wasn't bad but veggie stuff doesn't seem to fill me up. End up spending the rest of the evening thinking about burgers and sausage etc.

I went to my favourite local Indian for my partner's dad's birthday and had tandoori king prawns. I usually have one as a starter but instead had the main dish version, so got three. They were sooooo good. I wish they had a little curtained booth you could go in with shells to suck the remaining flavour from them without fear of judgement.
