Hello! I am back...
I'm so glad I found this forum again! Wow.
The last time I had posted here, I was spiraling out of control with depression. I felt really hopeless and ended up going on medication. I no longer have depression, but the anxiety is intense, as I'm reintroducing myself to prozac once again. Back then I was stuck in America feeling hopeless about my situation trying to move to the UK (my fiance lives there). Now we're finally in a good place and I have my fiance visa to go to the UK and get married! I will officially be moving to England in January. It's been a good perspective for me to read the posts on here as someone hoping to emigrate. I also received a lot of help and understanding here during a dark time, so I truly appreciate that (thank you to anyone who may still be on here from that time, you really helped me out a lot). Times are crazy, and I hope everyone is doing well.

 Welcome back to the forum! It's great to have you back! And congratulations on getting married next year! As for moving to the UK, and getting a perspective from the forum, I think you've come back to the right place! Where you can observe a Brit in their environment. In fact, I would be happy to give you a few pointers. Which will hopefully help you with the transition to the UK Pointer number one: Us Brits will do anything for a cuppa! And I do mean anything!!! That's how seriously we take our cup of tea! What else? Actually, on second thoughts, that pretty much covers it! And here's me thinking there were more pointers! Anyway, I hope the move to the UK goes well for you! And again, welcome back to the forum

It's been a long time coming, but I'm nearly there!Oh my gosh! Yes!!! I need to know all the secrets!  Thankfully I too absolutely LOVE tea. I drink it every day! Hopefully it'll help me fit right in. I'm so jazzed to be moving here. Thank you!
