I’m new to this

Hi

My name’s Louise and I have suffered with social anxiety for as long as I remember. It pretty much rules my life and it has definitely got worse after being in lockdown.

I’ve basically had enough and I am now on a mission to try anything to overcome it. I’m starting an online course tomorrow and have signed to go on a meetup with other sufferers.

If anyone has any advice or tips, I would love to hear them
