Blushing Phobia
New member here! Does anyone else have a blushing phobia ? I'm male, nearly 60 and have had this since I was in my late teens! It really gets me down ( I know I shouldn't let it) as it makes me feel so different to most other people.If I am feeling OK about myself I know that just one glance in the mirror at my rosy face will bring everything crashing down again. If I do need to look in the mirror I usually put both hands in front of my cheeks. I know this probably sounds puny and pathetic but...there you are. Any thoughts out there?
