Sugar Addiction!
Alright so usually when i'm feeling down instead of alcohol or smoking which i have full control over, i have to drink a glass of coke or eat some chocolate ...i eat a healthy diet otherwise but i freakin can't get enough of nutella and coke, or chocolate ...
it hasn't affected my weight as i exercise alot, but sometimes i'll just sit there and i'll eat half a jar of nutella to cure the blues ... |

I'm a sugar fiend too and love Coke or Pepsi. I've always had a very sweet tooth - as evidenced by my ever expanding waistline

Snap. I don't have many fizzy drinks but every time I have a coffee it has to be accompanied by something sweet.

I have a bad sugar addiction, I need to lose weight. I dont feel the need the drink as much but Chocolate I find normally calms me down when im stressed.

I'm ashamed to say how many bars of chocolate I could eat in a day, I'd hook it up to my veins if I could

I'm the same way with chocolate. Even with my meds, if I go without chocolate for more than a day, I start getting grouchy. But I've found a healthier workaround that satisfies my cravings. Instead of chocolate milk, I drink chocolate soymilk, and instead of chocolate cake, I try to have vegan chocolate cake, which cuts out most of the fat at least.
I have some plans to purchase some raw cocoa beans and experiment with them to see if I can get that same sense of well-being without the fat and sugar. |

I've never been too bad with sugar, in fact i'm quite paranoid about it. I jacked in Coke when i found out how much sugar was in it (6 tablespoons per can) and i've cut down on sugar in my coffee.

I cant drink Coke without feeling like i'll explode. Just seems like thinned down treacle with gas in to me

I am addicted to chocolate, tea and cakes - these all form a major part of my diet unfortunately. It is probably why I am very thin, suffer from exhaustion which makes me really paranoid! However I don't get the same rush from fruit, Cx |

^ you won't get the same rush from fruit because it contains a different form of sugar - Fructose. Diabetics often use it as a substitute for normal sugar, Sucrose. Sucrose causes the body to release insulin, to control blood sugar levels by reducing them, in some cases quite rapidly. This is why you crash after that initial burst of sugar energy. Some people are more sensitive than others.
I'm a bit of a sugar tooth, and in a recent effort I've given up all chocolate. I was eating 2 mars a day. I feel much better for it after I got over the initial cravings which took about a week to die down. |

I must confess I drink Coke like most people drink tea and coffee. That first ice cold can of the day is like nectar.

I was that was too.. if I didn't get a fix of sugary coke i'd start aching like I was going cold turkey or something.. it takes a bit to ween me off the stuff.. My other achillies heel is Cheese.. I love the stuff.. especially on pizza with peperoni and jalapeno peppers!!

I like my sugar rushes too. Generally though they make me feel worse and sometimes very jittery after.

I'm sugar-addicted too. Usually, I have 4 pieces of Hershey's chocolate nuggets a day, with additional Coca-Cola on some bad days. (I don't drink alcohol so I "get drunk" with Coke.) Lately, I've found myself eating at least 2 cones of ice cream every day. It's not healthy as I don't exercise but I just can't help it.
