Hi there ladies and gents, thanks for letting me join

My name is Charlie and my story in brief is I seem to lack a lot of self-confidence which has led me to counselling which I'm not ashamed to admit. It has allowed me to discover what is wrong with me and when my counsellor brought up about Social Anxiety and the symptoms I thought it fit me to a tee.

I am at least glad now that I am not alone and I look forward to exchanging stories with you all and hope we can help each other move forward.
