Same for me. I find mornings really hard if I don't have something to be going to or doing, which is most day.

I don't know personally but I heard that the police do. The thief also kicked the neighbours' front door in and stole their iPad. Nasty.

I feel your pain

If you know where the meter/fusebox is, it might just be a case of switching the bathroom light switch 'off' again, and reset the circuit breaker switch to 'on' to get things working again (as long as you don't try to use the dodgy bathroom light circuit).

Aye, sometimes if a bulb blows it trips the breaker. That's all it might be.

Cheers everyone, you were right it had just tripped the breaker, so the rest of the lights in the house are fine. So long as I dont switch on the dodgy light tomorrow morning and have to stumble around in the pitch black to reset it again.

I can so relate to you about work. What is it that makes you anxious about work?

Its hard to explain why im so worried cause I actually do enjoy the work im doing at times.

I think its mainly because it can be a really stresful environment at times and that it requires you to always be talking with different people within the company. I also always feel paranoid that Im gonna make a mistake as im rubbish when im under pressure...

Yeh that is the feeling I get... I have always wondered how other people on this forum cope with work. I love my job (support worker) but the responsibility is sometimes to much and making a mistake can be life threatening for some of the service uses... Do you feel that your colleagues dislike you as well? That is my main worry. I also think the management think I'm incapable of my job role.

aw, thank you. Nice to be remembered

Although I love to help others around me, my reason for coming back is for my own self pity really.

Hope you've been ok

God, I know that horrible feeling. Someone broke into my flat a few years ago while I was asleep. The worst of it really is that feeling of someone invading ones private space. That they take you from the feeling of safety in your own home. I hope you'll be able to forget about it all soon.

I've had a loss of appetite in the past after a few days of just generally feeling down about stuff, so it could be a psychological thing. Never happened for 2 weeks though. Is it having a big effect on how well you're able to function? If it is then maybe you should talk to a doctor or something. If not I'd be tempted to wait it out a bit longer but that's probably not the best way to live.

Normally I eat (excuse the turn of phrase) shit loads. And even when I am a little hungry, I start eating and then I start to feel sick and can't physically make myself eat. Any ideas as to why someone might suddenly lose their appetite?
Could be stress related if you work alot of hours, Ive worked nights I could never adjust to them.

Note to self, and everyone else. Never Google your symptoms, this is what has come up for me; Pneumonia, a respiratory infection that affects the lungs; hepatitis, inflammation of the liver; HIV/AIDS; influenza; and pyelonephritis, a type of kidney infection. Several types of cancer and Crohn's Disease.
Oh god, I've had so much cancer according to google… Probably just a bug or your body acting weird for no reason.

I'm feeling quit nice and peaceful. Went for a nice walk by the river in a big empty field and didn't see anyone else at all =) it always seems nicer when its a bit misty too.
