Can't sleep :(

Sleep pattern is a bit cocked up(what's new?!). Slept from just after 6 till gone 2 and now wide awake.

I was going to come into this thread and say I somehow got 8 hours of sleep last night. Had no caffeine at all yesterday. I cut out milk months ago and it helped with acne.

^^ I have an adult colouring book somewhere, said it's meant to help relax/de stress you (art therapy or something)... I never really found it helpful though.

^ I might pop my earphones in and listen to some relaxing music that sometimes does the trick! I actually fell asleep with them in the other night though then a loud song came on and woke me up!... Try to avoid that happening again, I nearly fell out the bed! lol

I swear the amount of sleep I function on is ridiculous, few days ago I had 2 nights in a row where I got no sleep the first night, then like 2 the next..

Got work in a few hours, should be out by now What pisses me off is, I've just started driving and I don't even drive barely because I don't trust myself on days when I'm that tired because of how absent minded I can be, so I still take the bus sometimes. Just a waste of money on insurance right now
