3-4 is my natural bedtime but it makes getting up harder

Today though I had a hard day at work, fell asleep at 9, woke up at midnight.

Hurrah, technically I have already had my minimum quota so tonight any sleep is a bonus !!!

Hi amp, I find under 3 hours doesnt really help much as long as the night before was ok.

hmm, starting to regret my 3 hours sleep earlier !!! Wondering if i talk bllshit and should stop taking my own advice..... until further notice please only take flumpsy advice with extreme caution. Or at least under supervision from a competent adult.
