Default Smartphone do you have one?

Was wondering how many people have smartphones. I have Android Atrix 4g. Use it sometimes more than my PC.

Yes, I admit I have one on the lower price end though. I have Samsung Galaxy Y, I wouldn't mind getting a more expensive version of my phone but wouldn't see much point in getting the s3, it's good but its too big, it wouldn't be very comfortable to carry around and I think it might easily get stolen. A classmate just got an s2 and it stands out so much as its massive, some people compared its size to a calculator.

Although internet on my phone is easy to use I prefer the pc anyday and cause my phone is next too me sometimes net on phone is way to addicting.

yep htc wildfire s cheapest smart phone on the market(£120) very impressed with it does everything i wanted battery life was shit so i upgraded that to a higher amp hour battery so now it last two plus days instead of half a day and upgraded the memory card for a 32gb one which i think is more storage than some of the iphones which you can't add more storage to.

Yes, I've been an avid smartphone user for almost 9 years now. I have the Samsung Galaxy S2, running Android 4.0.

Just seen my brothers new phone, the Samsung Galaxy S3 and I'm very jealous, it's brilliant. It's even thinner and looks better imho. Weighs barely more and the screen is immense. You can even view full web pages on it. The phone even detects your face and switches the screen off if you aren't looking at it. Wouldn't buy it if you have small hands though!

I've got htc desire hd. Nice big screen for viewing various things with =).

Looking back I probably didnt need quite such an expensive model but I wanted to make sure id get something which would last. I think its great for browsing the web on, it saves having to boot up the pc when u want to check stuff quickly.

Simple enough. Find the best deal on another network for the phone you want, call your current network and ask for your PUK code to move your number. They'll then ask you why your leaving, tell them about the deal you found and they should offer you something better to stay.

I did this and pay £20 a month for my Galaxy SII (which I had to pay £50 for). I found a deal with o2 where I had to pay £80 for the phone and £26pm line rental. I had a Galaxy Portal running Android 1.5 for the same money before that.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note. Aside from the actual phone stuff,I love having a smartphone just because I`m so reliant on the internet for everything from distractions to food shopping that when my PC goes tits-up as it does periodically or there`s a powercut I`ve always been in the poop, but now I have a back-up

I was just thinking how we/I use to think thin phones were amazing like the Motorola Razr v3. Now although I think it's still attractive, like most other thin phones of the era like it you can't do much on them so they're unamazing and boring.

I wonder how the view of the smartphones made now is gonna cange over the next 5/10 years.

I don't need a smart phone, I've got a mobile, laptop computers and consoles. If they made smartphones with bigger screens and a disk drive then I'll consider it.

but then bigger smartphones are probably less practical at least for me since mobiles are meant to be easy to use outside and I like being able to put my mobile in my pocket.

I have one (regular phone tho), its useful for texting a lot.

I don't have a smart phone, it could come in handy all those times when I'm stranded out somewhere and need to search internet for somethign like a bus route or train station, but I've been fine so far, no need to spend loads on something so frivolous.
