Chondromalacia patella. Knee problems, it's not serious and apparently it's common in women. Chuffing hurts sometimes though.

I went to physio for it, he reckoned it was down to bad posture. Probably why it's still not better.

Possible Addison's disease (no idea though, honestly, as my GP is useless and won't even do any relevant blood tests for it, let alone refer me to a doctor that actually knows what they're talking about, but I've had some of the symptoms for years and now I have most of them, and they're all getting worse to the point of being debilitating).

I get chilblains on my hands mine started about 2 weeks ago which is poor circulation too with red itchy sometimes swollen bits , probably not as bad as raynauds although some of the pictures of toes with chilblains i`ve seen on the net are pretty horrible.

sleep apnoea (I use a machine to regulate my breathing at night/and to ensure I sleep properly (not to mention *stay awake* the following day!)).

water in my legs (i have no idea what the proper name is for it, or why I have it (even though I've seen a doctor), possibly contributed to by my weight, but they swell up somewhat). I'm hoping exercise and diet will sort it out in good time.
