Haha, sounds like a pringles advert. Oh I've been out to a lake. I can deal with nature, it doesn't involve people. How about you?

Yea it was nice. Does the gym make you feel any better? They say that exercise is meant to help for depression/anxiety. Were you at work today then?

When I go gym properly(every day) I feel more confident, I'm very self concious about my body and I've got the kind of body that looses weight no matter what you eat so the more I go the better I feel . It still doesn't make me confident enough to spark up a conversation with strangers.

I think it was something to do with endorphins and dopamine or something as well as the confidence thing. Do you actually feel happier when working out? Ive never really noticed that effect when I exercise

Do you like joinery because it's a solitary kind of job or do you actually enjoy the work?

I like reading, writing, music and nature- all solitary things too. You?

I enjoy the work I've done it since I was 15, I didn't start in the workshop so I used to see quite a few different people but I only spoke when spoken to I thought I was just shy. I don't have any hobbies any more over the past 5 years or so I just seemed to loose interest in everything all I like doing now is sleeping, I like music but I only listen to that at work and I never read when I've tried reading a book I end up thinking about other things and don't take in what I've read, so I'm pretty boring really. I do like nature programs and history.

Evening Benny, maybe it would help you if you got into some social-type hobbies? I don't know, like join a club or something, pool, self defense etc.
I'm ok sometimes and other times I'm hopefully depressed. It helps surrounding yourself with things that make you happy.

Hi, the thing is I would struggle to go do these things on my own I need someone there to hold my hand, do you do anything like that. I get that as well I can be fine one minute and then be depressed the next. Have you done anything this weekend to make yourself feel good?

I generally just read whenever I can. It doesn't make me feel good per se, but it doesn't make me feel worse either. Just kind of takes me out of my own thoughts.
