Hope it's easily sorted for you, Aleks.

Thanks for the comments folks

I phoned them up, and looks like they made an error. I didn't even receive any warning letters. So thankfully it looks like its been sorted. Phew! Was incredibly worrying seeing that threatening letter though.

Yeah, bland and lacking. Zero personality.

I'm sure you'll be fine when you get there. Good luck.

I feel blessed today. I've been alone but my friend was here last night and we caught up on things. I think it has to do partly with seeing my therapist yesterday. It'll be another month before I can go back though because she's put me in for group therapy.

Really enjoyed my day off. My nerves are relaxed and I'm content.

Just fed up. I feel drained despite about 11 hours sleep last night. Utterly devoid of any hope, excitement or enthusiasm and just trying to find the energy to barely exist. What's the point of all this again?

^ Sorry to hear you're feeling so hopeless

I don't know what to suggest, but I know I always feel a lot worse when I sleep too long, setting an alarm everyday, even if I have nothing urgent to do on that day has helped me instill a bit of self discipline in myself when it comes to sleep.

^Thanks. I have an alarm, I just went to sleep early because I was feeling like crap yesterday. Now I'm at work and trying hard to avoid any human interaction. That's not so difficult when my boss is away.

^ Hope stuff seems brighter for you soon, anxious.

^^ I need to get better at doing this. I'd love to be one of those people that wakes up long before they need to leave the house and manages to do lots of little constructive things in that time.

Good to hear it! It can't have been nice. Just seeing an official looking logo or something similar on the front of an envelope has me worrying before I've even opened it - especially when it's student finance telling me how much more I owe them.

^ I still get that feeling often

It hasn't completely sunk in yet, but I seem to be fitting into my new job quite well! It feels as though it isn't as 'slavish' as my previous job, yet it's more or less on the level where my SA doesn't prove to be a problem. In fact, there are plenty of opportunities for me to test my SA.

My aims for tomorrow are to take control of the Spotify playlist, and play Buck Rogers by Feeder, and, if I have to open the door for someone, ask them how their day was.

They only become a worry when plucking them out takes the best part of a few hours. Then you get started on the other side and lose all hope. I have a shit tonne of them, but luckily they all choose to live underneath my thick, fuzzy Welsh hair.

I've had a big streak of grey hair for about ten years now. It doesn't look so bad though. Better than going bald.

^I saw a photo of my father the other day, he's now sporting the 'bald on top with white around the sides'. He looked exactly like his father. Very, very worrying. Last time i saw a picture of him he was merely thinning on top. Again: very, very worrying. My personality doesn't suit that look at all!

My best friend was shouting out personal things about me in town this afternoon, things I'd told him in total confidence to foster our close friendship. He'd stormed off impatiently two weeks ago and couldn't work his new phone so we were (initially) very happy to see each other again today.

So I was really disappointed when he started blurting stuff out in the coffee shop and on the high street. I took him aside and said 'are you trying to humiliate me?' he said 'yes, I am actually'. I walked off and went to meet someone at a bar but they said they'd be 20 minutes late, it started raining and my phone died so I walked home.

I decided to cut my best friend off but then thought that maybe I should keep him closer, since I'd only feel lonely. I don't really have any other friends at all, I really am tired of his abuse though. I'm not sure if he's more dangerous as a friend or when avoided.

Is he Aspergers? You can probably get better friends who treat you right than that.

I have had a day and a half. 3 events, 1 success, 2 I still working on. One of them was a bit of intensity in a fast food place. Intense perspectives, intense behaviours.

Stressed and panicky. Meal out and being made to have sharing dishes. Feels like the last straw in a stressful run of events and I can't face it. That sort of thing really stresses me out and I'm already stressed. Want to just run away.

I'd have exactly the same reaction, he'd be wearing his dinner

Your Mum should say to him, he can cook it next time and see if he can work out all the problems he found with it lol

A bit frustrated with myself. It's only a small thing, but still annoying.

I'm currently in a city in Europe that I know rather well. A young lady came up to me and asked for directions. Despite me knowing exactly how to get there, I somehow suddenly completely forgot how to get there. So just had to say sorry I don't know. One of the few things I'm good at is directions, so I'm a little annoyed that my mind suddenly went blank. It could have started up a conversation!

Maybe it was because I found her rather attractive, but it's happened before when I don't find them attractive. I wonder why my mind goes blank, because I actually like people starting up conversations with me now.
