Can anyone relate to this?
Years ago I used to go swimming via the mental health centre. A lot of the others would interact while swimming. I however was fixated on ploughing up and down the length of the pool and didn't really talk to anyone. I was too busy counting the lengths, and trying to see if I could do more than the week before.
