At work earlier I dropped a whole case of bottled water on my chest. The corner of the cardboard tray got me right in the sternum. Kind of in pain now. This is even worse than the time I accedentally smacked myself with a chain in the face and balls at the same time. Manual work isn't for clumsy people.

Not good. Managed to let this horrendous couple get under my skin yesterday pm and still festering.

My gum still aches from having my crown extracted - should have had more antibotics, I think and my left index fingers throbs. Nothing major, but I feel alone and vulnerable and emotionally bankrupt.
