I have done alot recently. I met up with a old school friend I'd not spoken to for years, one of those things you know you can't avoid forever, It went ok but struggled with not feeling good about my life for a good week after, as they have done well in their life.

I went in to a meeting at work without anxiety beforehand.

I accepted a new role and I'm now doing a qualification online, in the first zoom training noone in my group wanted to discuss the topic so I took the lead.

I've accepted my fate of the work christmas party

Not today, but over the weekend:

Started my new job and actually used the tills for the first time ever - two days straight. It was scary at first, especially since I panicked over the British coins and finding the tobacco lol. For me it's a huuuuge accomplishment though, as the registers scare the bejeesus out of me (being behind one is a massive phobia for me).

It was good for me to learn here rather than Iceland though. A bit of a calmer environment. I feel like I really owe it to my medication as well. :') No panic attacks!

I forgot to reply to this sorry! But YES I get the question at least 10 times a day It usually starts out with: [confused look] "Where are you from??" Some people stop and say they love my accent. It makes me chuckle.

Sometimes human beings are cute.

I think I really made the right choice in working at this location. Customers are usually very nice and chill, so it was the best place to learn how to use the tills and adjust to using cash. If I tried this in Iceland I'd be dead haha.

I've only had one bad interaction, and it was with an Eastern European man who got very aggressive when his friend didn't get his change back (his friend didn't speak English and I tried to stop him TWICE to give it to him, but he waved me off and told me "no" every time o_O then his friend comes in 10 minutes later to tell us off for ripping him off >_> Like I dunno, maybe your friend needs to learn to speak english first if he cares so much about not getting "ripped off" fdkfjdkfj)

Oh My God, I don't like phonecalls too. They make my heart jumps out of my chest out of nervousness. I used to take deep breaths to feel relaxed, and surprisingly, deep breathing always made things worse. Recently I've read about taking shallow breaths and they seem to work a little.
