Hi Folks!
 Hi Folks, I've just joined up today having been re-directed from the previous site. Good to see more people joining & finding comfort from fellow S/Aers. I hope to be starting a CBT group course (at long last) in Feb, but in the mean time i'm trying to work my way slowly through the Gillian Butler self help book.
