Hello everyone, I've been lurking for a while, it's interesting reading about different people's experiences with social anxiety and it's been quite difficult posting this, overthinking and whatnot.

Feels like I'm the only one in the world who suffers from it, which of course isn't true, I'm sure others feel the same way. So naturally, I've had no one to talk to about it and have had to deal with it on my own.

I'm 27 and at this point in my life I've come to terms with the fact I have social anxiety and it will probably always be there in some form, it's like an annoying devil on your shoulder that won't go away

But yeah, I don't want to make a big thing out of this, just want to say hi, and have a place where I can chat with like-minded people! So hi!

Hi, yeah, it's clear that SA will always be with me. It is easier to keep to myself lately for various reasons but SA is one of them. I don't think these problems will ever completely go away but we can certainly learn cope with them better.
