Good video about depression/SA

Stumbled upon this video on youtube and its really made me think that perhaps I need to focus on overcoming depression before I can overcome social anxiety.

Yeah ive watched a few since yesterday . . . must admit out of all the SA vids on youtube I was drawn to hers because of the way she looks, but she has a really clear and calm way of talking and says a lot of interesting and helpful things.
