A chap at work starves himself for one day a week and eats like normal on other days, claiming it is easier to do all the willpower in one go. And something about it being natural because of living on the savanna and not catching an antelope every day in a former incarnation!

Yes,I would love to have a diet buddy,I have been trying to eat well this week but the weekends are always the worst for me.
Those cakes look really good,I want the bottom one for Halloween (my 9 year old son just came and said mmmmm)
