seem to always be really worried, tense and nervous,
being alive feels like a huge worry to me,.. and a huge responsibility,
keep thinking I've either done something bad, or something bad is going to happen.
being alive is probably a huge opportunity, which I've made a horrible mess of,..
there's so many things I could have done, but chose to just bury my head in the sand and do nothing,... gah..
