Default Inspiring claptrap

You know these sources that provide 1-10 steps of how to be amazing and how you should follow it's advice. Anyway sometimes they touch upon stuff. Like- I like this: It says what you need to recover from on a daily basis:

You need to recover from:
1)Work
2) Technology
3) People
4) Food
5) Fitness
6) Being awake
